1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and PulseJet Studios, Inc. ("PulseJet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PulseJet AI Music Video Generator at pulsejet.ai and all related services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PulseJet is an AI-powered music video generation platform. You upload a song, select a visual theme and style preferences, and PulseJet uses artificial intelligence to write a script, plan individual shots, and generate video clips that are compiled into a complete music video.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and through one-time credit packs. Features, pricing, AI models, and generation limits may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@pulsejetstudios.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans
PulseJet offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) that grant a set number of video generations per billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. The subscription price in effect at the time of renewal applies.
Credit Packs
One-time credit packs provide additional video generations beyond your plan's monthly allowance. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize PulseJet to charge your payment method for all fees due. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the Service and your remaining video credits through the period end. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Refunds
AI generation is non-refundable. AI video models charge us per generation regardless of how the output turns out, and we charge you credits the moment a generation kicks off. We cannot refund credits spent on AI generations that did not meet your expectations — same as the broader industry standard for AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.). Please review our FAQ's "Use your credits wisely" and "AI is experimental" guidance before generating.
We DO offer refunds for technical failures we cannot resolve. If a generation fails on our infrastructure and we are unable to recover, contact us within 7 days for a credit refund. Most server-side failures auto-refund the credits without any action required. Unused credit packs and unused portions of subscription periods are not eligible for refund except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
5. Your Content
Content You Upload
You may upload audio files (songs) and images (reference photos) to the Service. You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PulseJet a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Music & Copyright
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use any song or audio file through the Service. PulseJet does not obtain music licenses on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any copyrighted music complies with applicable law and the rights of music publishers, record labels, and artists.
Reference Photos & Likeness
If you upload a photo of a person for face-consistency or lip sync features, you represent that you have the right to use that person's likeness in generated video content, and that doing so complies with applicable laws including right-of-publicity statutes.
Creative Inputs
When you use the Service, you provide creative direction including visual themes, mood and style descriptors, genre selections, and prompt customizations ("Creative Inputs"). As described in our Privacy Policy, PulseJet owns all rights to aggregated, anonymized Creative Input data and may use it to train, improve, and personalize our AI models and Service recommendations.
6. AI-Generated Output
Ownership of Output
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the video content generated by the Service from your inputs ("Output"). PulseJet does not claim ownership of your Output.
Limited Display License
You grant PulseJet a limited, non-exclusive license to display anonymized excerpts or thumbnails of Output solely to demonstrate and market the Service. You may opt out of this at any time by emailing privacy@pulsejet.ai.
No Guarantee of Results
AI-generated content is inherently variable. PulseJet does not guarantee any specific quality, style, accuracy, or outcome from any generation. Generation failures due to AI model errors, infrastructure outages, or content policy rejections may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to retry or credit failed generations.
AI Model Providers
Output is generated in part by third-party AI models (including Kling AI, fal.ai, and Anthropic). The capabilities and limitations of these models affect Output quality. PulseJet is not responsible for outputs that result from the inherent behavior of underlying AI systems.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing
- Create deepfake videos of real individuals without their explicit consent
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
- Upload songs or images you do not have rights to use
- Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing systems
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's AI models or prompts
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose that violates these Terms
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the Service
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, without refund, at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The PulseJet name, logo, wordmark, Service design, underlying AI orchestration systems, prompt engineering, and all related technology are the exclusive property of PulseJet Studios, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use PulseJet's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary designations without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 5 (Your Content — Creative Inputs ownership), 6 (AI-Generated Output), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Warranty Disclaimer), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PULSEJET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO PULSEJET IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@pulsejetstudios.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Residents of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland: mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply and take precedence over certain provisions above.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account before the effective date.
14. General
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PulseJet regarding the Service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely, including in connection with a merger or acquisition.
