PulseJet Studios, Inc. ("PulseJet," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PulseJet AI Music Video Generator at pulsejet.ai and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PulseJet, you agree to the practices described here.

We take privacy seriously. We collect only what we need, we do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we are transparent about how your creative inputs are used to improve our Service.

• Visual themes (e.g., Cinematic Epic, Neon Noir, Golden Hour)
• Mood and style descriptors
• Song genre and musical characteristics
• Shot preferences, avatar usage, and aspect ratio selections
• Any custom text prompts or adjustments you make to generated scripts and shot plans

PulseJet owns and retains all rights to aggregated, anonymized creative input data. This includes theme selections, mood associations, genre-to-style mappings, and prompt patterns. We use this data in aggregate — stripped of any personally identifying information — to train, improve, and personalize PulseJet's AI models, recommendations, and future features. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this anonymized creative data for these purposes.

PulseJet uses the following AI services to generate your music video. When you initiate generation, relevant portions of your content (audio, images, prompts) are transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your request:

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We select providers who maintain strong data protection standards and do not use your submitted content to train their own models without consent.

You own the music videos you create. The output videos, compiled sequences, and downloadable files generated from your song and creative direction are yours. PulseJet does not claim ownership of your final video outputs.

However, you grant PulseJet a limited, non-exclusive license to display anonymized thumbnails or clips from generated videos solely for the purpose of demonstrating the Service (e.g., on our website or in marketing), unless you opt out by contacting us at privacy@pulsejet.ai.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any song you upload. PulseJet does not obtain music licenses on your behalf. Generated videos incorporating copyrighted music are subject to the rights held by the original music rights holders.

• Operate and deliver the Service — generate scripts, shot plans, and video clips
• Store and serve your projects, uploaded media, and generated videos
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (generation complete, payment receipts, account alerts)
• Improve PulseJet's AI models using anonymized, aggregated creative input data
• Debug technical issues and monitor for abuse or unauthorized access
• Communicate product updates, new features, and promotional offers (you may opt out)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers — AI and infrastructure providers listed above, strictly to process your requests
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
• With your consent — for any purpose you explicitly approve

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded songs, reference photos, and generated video files are stored for the duration of your account. You may delete individual projects — and all associated media — from your dashboard at any time.

If you close your account, we will delete your personal data and media files within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records. Anonymized, aggregated creative input data (theme/mood/style selections) is retained indefinitely as part of our model improvement datasets and cannot be individually deleted.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., PostHog or Vercel Analytics) to understand how users navigate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent login and core functionality from working correctly.

• Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability — Request your project data and generated videos in a portable format
• Marketing opt-out — Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the link in any email
• Display opt-out — Opt out of your generated content being used in PulseJet marketing by emailing us

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@pulsejet.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

PulseJet is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@pulsejet.ai.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud storage. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you by email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of PulseJet after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns:
